With the progress of modern society,the inadequacies of traditional power transmission methods have gradually appeared in front of people.For instance,a lot of wires are intricately intertwined,and the power equipment cannot be moved flexibly,and there are some hidden safety problems such as wire wear,aging,or leakage of electricity.Therefore,a new type of power transmission method,Contactless Mobile Power Supply technology,is entering into human life step by step,providing humans with better power transmission methods.Firstly,the thesis simply summarizes the research background and research status of the coupling mechanism in the Contactless Mobile Power Supply system,and deeply studies the operating principle of the Inductively Contactless Mobile Power Supply system,including the analysis of the equivalent circuit model of the coupling mechanism.Combined with ANSYS electromagnetic field simulation results,the parameters of the coupled coils in the coupling mechanism are deduced,and the expression of the transmissio n power of the system is derived from the perspective of the circuit.In addition,the eddy phenomenon of the I-beam is also analyzed,and the formula to calculate the eddy current loss is given.In order to study the coupling mechanism of Contactless Mobile Power Supply system,four different structures of magnetic coupling mechanism are designed.Using ANSYS finite element simulation software to simulate the coupling mechanism,these parameters can be obtained,such as the self-inductance and mutual induc tance of the coupling coil,the eddy current loss of the I-beam when the distance is changed,and the transmission power of various magnetic coupling mechanism systems.Comprehensively comparing these kinds of coupling mechanisms,the coupling mechanism of the vertical winding of the transmitting coil is finally selected,and the stability of the transmission power of the system is simulated by using ANSYS software.In the experiment,these kinds of magnetic coupling mechanisms are designed and produced,the self-inductance and mutual inductance of these coupling coils are measured,and the transmission capabilities of these coupling mechanisms are compared.Finally,the coupling mechanism selected in the simulation is selected too.In addition,for this type of coupling mechanism,the stability of the system under the horizontal movement of the receiving coil along the track is tested.The experiment shows that the transmission power of the Contactless Mobile Power Supply system with vertical winding of the transmitting coil reaches 2kW,and the efficiency of this system is higher than 80%.When the receiving coil moves horizontally along the track,the system can maintain good stability.The results show,the simulation results are same with the experimental results.For the Contactless Mobile Power Supply system of magnetic coupling mechanism with vertical winding of the transmitting coil,the magnetic induction intensity around the system is measured at the end of the paper,and the electromagnetic interference effect of the system on the electronic products is also tested.
