| The software system for large thin-walled parts is the core part of the mirror milling equipment.For the functional requirements of mirror milling software system,the core technology of the software system is studied,and a new open software system with multi-parameter measurement,trajectory planning,motion program generation,and status monitoring is developed.The functional requirements of software system for mirror milling are analyzed,the hardware structure of the measurement system are designed,and the sensor selection of the equipment measurement system are completed.The software system structure scheme is studied and the overall architecture of the software system is constructed.The key algorithm design of the software system has been completed.The coordinate system of the mirror milling equipment for large thin-walled parts is unified.The method of the line laser to quickly obtain the surface profile of the parts is studied,and the contour information of the parts is obtained.The machining path generation method based on point cloud information is studied,and the algorithm design of software system is realized.The ultrasonic thickness measurement module,the machining management module,the laser measurement module,the state monitoring module and the document management module are developed by using the modular design method.Based on the MFC in Visual C++6.0,the line laser measurement module and machining management module are developed with the object-oriented programming method,and the human-computer interface is designed.The modules can run independently,do not affect each other,and share data.The software system supports the development of new functional modules. |
