Vibration therapy is a common auxiliary treatment,including vibration drainage and muscle stimulation.According to the type of vibration,it can be divided into radial vibration treatment and axial vibration treatment.Radial vibration is less penetrating,but it has a larger area of action and is mostly used in shallow tissues.The area of axial vibration is small,but the penetration force is large,and it is mostly used in deep tissues.Vibration therapy medical devices generally consist of two parts: vibrating mechanical structure and control system.The vibrating mechanical structure converts other forms of motion into specific types of vibration,and the control system completes the control of the vibratory mechanical structure.This article designs a control system for a two-way vibration therapy machine,one of which is to perform radial vibration and the other to perform axial vibration.The control system hardware is mainly composed of three parts,including man-machine interaction module,speed control module and auxiliary module.The human-computer interaction module is divided into an interface interaction module and an audio prompt module.The speed control module includes a current monitoring module,a speed monitoring module,and a motor drive module.The auxiliary module includes a security protection module and a parameter storage module.The software design of the control system uses the embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-II to divide the software functions into multiple system tasks and complete the interaction between the tasks through the operating system.In the speed control task,a double closed-loop control method is adopted,and a fuzzy PID algorithm is used in the speed loop to improve the dynamic response of the speed control.This article analyzes the system requirements,designs the overall system plan,and completes the system software and hardware design according to the plan.After system debugging and verification,this system has the advantages of friendly man-machine interaction,high precision of vibration control and good stability,and meets system functional requirements.
