With the changes of the times,the concept of a healthy life has become popular.China’s large population and aging phenomenon,as well as increased pressure from various aspects such as work and life,coupled with the general irregular and unhealthy habits of the people,and many other reasons have led to a sub-healthy state of the body.Home health equipment is a part of the healthy life of the people.Different from professional medical equipment,it has the advantages of simple operation,low price,health and safety,etc.,and its main functions are rehabilitation and health care.As a branch of home health care equipment,the research of home dry sauna therapy equipment has some practical significance in the research of temperature control during heating.This article takes household dry sauna health equipment as the research object,and makes in-depth research on heating process and constant temperature control process.This article first expounds the research background,research significance,and research status at home and abroad,analyzes the basic functional requirements of the constant temperature control system for home dry sauna health care equipment,and proposes a system design scheme.Secondly,the basic principles of PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control are given.The approximate mathematical model of the system is given through experimental data,and then the system is simulated with MATLAB.The simulation results prove that the fuzzy PID control overcomes the PID control output.The shortcomings of large modulation and large static error of fuzzy control output can make the system output respond quickly,and at the same time,the overshoot is small and no error.Then it introduces the software and hardware design of the constant temperature control system,and divides the system into two subsystems based on the idea of modularity.One of the subsystems is mainly to realize the function of setting heating parameters,data display and over-limit alarm.The other subsystem is mainly to realize the functions of temperature data collection,driving heating and temperature control.A serial port is used for two-way data transfer between the two subsystems.At the end of this article,the hardware and software of this constant temperature system were tested.The hardware test includes power test and solid state relay output test.Software testing includes temperature data acquisition,data display and serial communication.Traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control were applied to domestic dry steam sauna recuperation equipment,respectively,and a curve was drawn according to the test data,and the curve was processed and analyzed.The analysis results show that compared with the traditional PID control,the results of fuzzy PID control have a smooth curve rise,and the overshoot is about 0.1 ℃,and the steady state error is less than 0.2 ℃,which meets the system design requirements.
