Research On The Standardized Development Path Of Industrialized Housing Components System

The development of housing industrialization has promoted the transformation of housing production methods towards industrialization.While improving the quality together with the property of the residential buildings,industrialized production methods have,in the meanwhile,imposed corresponding requirements on the standardization of the housing components system.A comprehensive survey of the current development condition of housing componentization throughout China indicates that neither the standardization nor the serialization of the housing components systems have been formed,nor have we achieve the effective integration and conformity between different housing components.Besides the lack on its comprehensive and systematic research in the field of academia has also given rise to the emergence of various problems in the process of the standardized development of housing components.On the basis of the basic theory of housing componentization and the integration of components,this paper systematically studies the path,results along with the basis,precondition and method of the integration of components,aiming at exploring a standardized development path suitable for China’s housing components,thus providing corresponding suggestions for the development of housing industrialization within China.To start with,the literature research method and comparative analysis method are employed in this article to explicitly define the connotation and characteristics of housing industrialization and housing components,concerning the different point of view on housing industrialization and housing components currently in this field.Through a systematic review of the literature at home and abroad on the development of housing components,the gap between the current development of housing components within China and other countries has been clarified,and some advanced experience on the development of housing components has been learned during this process.Finally the core research of this thesis--housing componentization and the integration of housing components--is put forward.Secondly,by adopting the method of systematic analysis and interdisciplinary research,this paper has explored the two basic theories of housing componentization as well as integration of components--the theory of SI housing system and the theory of modularization,demonstrated the feasibility and applicability of the two basic theories and pointed out the guiding role of them in the development of housing componentization and integration of components.Thirdly,the method of qualitative analysis has been introduced in this thesis to summarize the concrete path of the implementation of componentization in housing industrialization,that is,to synchronize the promotion of the standardization both in housing design as well as housing components;As for the result of the componentization,a descriptive research method is adopted to construct the classification system for the housing components,and some corresponding coding suggestions are put forward soon afterwards.Last but not the least,in terms of the integration of components problems,some solutions are proposed in this article: On the one hand,the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis is applied to elaborate the basics of the integration of housing components,namely,Modulus Coordination.On the other hand,the prerequisite,scilicet,the implementation of standard consistent path,for the integration of housing components is eventually summarized through systematic analysis and several commonly used methods on the integration of components are put forward.
