The continuous increase of urbanization and motorization has led to serious traffic problems in China. In recent years, sharing economy has developed rapidly, which is attributed to the rapid increase of information technology. The greatest achievement of bike-sharing lies in the fulfillment of “the last mile” in traffic demand, thus become the hottest topic in academic research. In this study, behavioral intention, attitude, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and drawbacks are added in model framework.to analyze the factors influencing the users' intention.Data was collected in Shanghai and analyzed by SmartPLS to estimate the parameters. After that, individual demographics are considered in MNL(multinomial logit model). At last,ICLV(Integrated Choice and latent variables)was employed with latent variable(low-carbon consciousness)using Biogeme. The parameter estimation results show that, from the perspective of willingness to share bicycles, the positive correlation effect of the ease of use of shared bicycles on their usefulness is significant, and both usefulness and ease of use have a positive effect on the sharing of bicycles, while the disadvantages of shared bicycles influence attitude less greatly. The limited influence on the use attitude indicates that the traveler has certain tolerance for their shortcomings in use.Judging from the traveler's choice behavior, the coverage of non-motor vehicle lanes in the route has seriously affected the willingness to use shared bicycles, and the impact of vehicle search time is equally large. From the perspective of personal attributes and low-carbon travel awareness,low-carbon travel awareness is closely related to the choice of shared bicycles or public transport travel, and the higher the income and the more household private car owners, the worse the awareness of low-carbon travel is.The student community was found to have poor awareness of low-carbon travel. The research results of this article provide a certain reference basis for further improving the construction of non-motor vehicle lanes, standardizing the setting of shared bicycle parking spaces, strengthening the management of shared bicycle violations, and promoting the sound development of shared bicycle companies.
