With the continuous improvement of the electrification level,the demand for power supply reliability is becoming higher and higher by the state,the society and the people.These targets require more precise and scientific management of reliability of the transmission and transformation equipment.As an advanced maintenance mode based on equipment state and reliability,condition based maintenance is being pushed forward.However,with the continuous development of sensor technology,online monitoring devices are increasing,and the level of electrical equipment information is increasing.However,the research of the reliability evaluation of the basis of the condition based maintenance and transformation equipment is relatively backward.The new state monitoring index and the reliability evaluation results need to be use more efficient.There is a lot of academic research in this respect.In this paper,the reliability evaluation method of transmission and transformation equipment is systematically studied by the condition based maintenance process,and the problem of where and where to evaluate the reliability evaluation method is analyzed.According to the field operation data,according to the equipment mechanism,the on-line and off-line database of transformer substation equipment are combed,and the sample data source and available information of the equipment reliability evaluation are determined.Based on the analysis of state maintenance process,the main objectives of the reliability evaluation of the equipment are the failure rate,state and life,and the reliability evaluation model for the common types of transmission and transformation equipment(transformer,cable and switch equipment)is established respectively.According to Arrhenius' s law and transformer hot temperature model,cable hot road model,combined with the actual load current data of transformer and cable,the life loss of equipment is calculated,and more accurate life prediction is carried out.Entropy catastrophe series method and cloud model are introduced to evaluate multi index comprehensive state,and the switch appliance is introduced.Example validation was performed.Based on the operation life calculation,the repair interval is corrected.Based on the state evolution,the effect of maintenance on the reliability of the equipment is analyzed.The configuration strategy of the equipment sensing device is determined by combining the state evaluation process and the analysis of economy and reliability,and the guidance for the monitoring of equipment is provided.The actual example analysis and the system evaluation results show that the reliability evaluation model of the transmission and transformation equipment can effectively evaluate the reliability of the transmission and transformation equipment,and provides a good guidance for the management and decision-making of equipment operation and maintenance.
