A Power Transformer Equipment Condition-Based Maintenance Analysis Decision Making System is researched and developed in this paper in a practical way. The 3 core function modules of this system, state evaluation, state diagnosis and risk evaluation is mainly researched. Firstly, the knowledge representation of state evaluation and state diagnosis are researched, and the related database system and reasoning program process are designed. Then, the rules expression parser is developed to solve the problem of recognizing rules expressions saved in database, the example verified the correctness. At last, the risk evaluation model is researched, the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is adopted to get the parameters of average failure rate function in the model, the example verified the algorithm showed good at convergence rate and accuracy, it is suitable for the equipment risk value analysis.
