Industry 4.0 and “Made in China 2025” guided a new round of technical revolution,which promoted the transformation of Chinese manufacturing industry to intelligentization,digitalization and networking.As one of the tools with which intelligent devices perceived outsides,smart camera,with compact structure,low power comsuption and excellent real-time capablity,was used for initial perception and control of smart equipment.In China,the research of smart camera started late,and were focused more on hardware system.However,smart camera had some shortcomings when compared with foreign products especially in terms of usage of programming tools.Aimed to the shortages,this project carried on the development of programming system for smart camera,mainly reseached on how to built the graphic programming interface and how to realize the running system,the function of simulation and monitor.The project has given the specific solution and finished the work of building the programming system.The main work was as follows:Firstly,the overal structure of graphic programming system was proposed based on the analyzing of design goals of smart camera and users' programming requirement.The function modules of different parts were divided and designed,the system scheme was designed and the develop platform was selected.Secondly,the management method of data and running mode of program in running software were researched.Abstract interfaces of algorithm were designed which made encapsulation and extension of algorithm come true.External communication module in running software was researched and designed and some kinds of communication ways were provided.The dynamic creation of application data model and external monitoring were realized.Thirdly,the layout of graphic programming software was researched and general image control and drawer toolbox were designed.Configuration interfaces were optimized with the reuse technology of interface.Some editing functions of software,such as image importing,project management,program editing,were designed.With the interaction between programming software and running software,the functions of simulation,the customization of data and monitoring were achieved.What's more,toolbox of system was divided into some parts.Image processing algorithm part was realized respectively with both OpenCV library and HALCON library.Other parts of toolbox,such as camera controlling tools,logic controlling tool,communication tools were also designed and finished.Finally,the graphic programming system was tested overall and applied to the measurement of workpiece and sorting system.The workpieces were grabbed with smart camera and robot arm.The test results verified the feasibility and correctness of the graphic programming system.
