Along with the development of of vehicle electronic technology,V develop mode and smart develop methods are used more widely,and the hardware-in-loop system plays a more important role in the development and test procedure for automotive electronic products,especially in the powertrain system.At present,commercial hardware-in-loop system is monopolized by foreign company with much higher price and high cost in maintenance.The domestic products are at an early stage and need more improvement.Therefore,based on the actual requirement of diesel engine electronic control enterprises,the thesis proposes a hardware-in-loop system scheme for diesel engine with lower cost.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the structure and requirement of hardware-in-loop system for the development of diesel engine electronic control system,and defines the system architecture.To get better reliability and scalability,and also to lower the cost,distributed architecture is used,consisting of signal box to simulate sensors and load box to simulate actuators.PHY bus and Ethernet bus are designed to build the interal network,and master-slave model is selected for interactive,in which the master is responsible for modeling and compilation,and the slave is responsible for signal distribution.Secondly,the hardware and driver design for function modules and load modules in the hardware-in-loop system is introduced.The design for speed simulation module and fuel injection characteristics measurement and calculation module are the key points.By simulation,the system electromagnetic compatibility and reliability is optimized.Thirdly,in order to meet the requirement of mainly company,the hareware-in-loop system has two working mode,close-loop control mode based on master module and open-loop control mode based on PC software.In close-loop control mode,the master module uses MPC5644 A as the core,and the technology of hardware driver encapsulation,automatic code generation and code on-line flashing are developed.In open-loop control mode,by communication directly to the modules through Ethernet bus in PC software,user can define versatile test sequence for cyclic test and automatic test operation.Finally,by application on the dieal engine ECU(EC36513 series)of ECTEK,this hardware-in-loop system is working well and can meet most requirements.
