With the electrical development of automotive safety-critical mechanical system,automotive safety-critical electrical systems such as steering-by-wire(SBW),brake-by-wire(BBW),etc.have become hotspot research issues,whose core problem is their safety and reliability.Recently,the redundant structure is used to improve the safety and reliability of safety-critical electrical systems.The pure electrical system is the key of the safety-critical electrical system,and its safety and reliability is very important.In this paper,the proposed vehicle dual redundancy pure electrical system is mainaly to solve the pure electrical system’s safety and reliability based on those automotive safety-critical electrical systems with redundant structure.In addition,we propose new vehicle dual redundancy power and bus network,which are two important problems of the vehicle dual redundancy pure electrical system.In the research about dual redundancy bus network,vehicle dual redundancy heterogeneous bus network with “failure/operation/warning” working mechanism is proposed.Vehicle dual redundancy heterogeneous bus network adopts dual redundancy heterogeneous network architecture with event type CAN bus and time type FlexRay bus,which have different working mechanism.According to the data transmission characteristics of dual redundancy communication nodes in the network,data transmission modes are divided into two types,i.e.,node in node data transmission and node out of node data transmission.Data transmission method adopts hot backup mode and uses the method of cross matching data in arbitration.The proposed network can still achieve the correct data from arbitration when hardware failure or fault data frame occurs.In addition,we propose the failure diagnosis and alarm method using multi nodes monitoring based on single-dual redundancy conversion gateway.The monitoring mechanism uses all nodes within the network bus to establish mutual monitoring mechanism and solves the state monitoring and failure location problem.The proposed method can send the warning of redundancy reduction to the vehicle system timely.In the research about dual redundancy power,vehicle dual redundancy power with “failure/operation/warning” working mechanism is proposed.Vehicle dual redundancy power has self adaptive parallel symmetrical electricity transmission structure.Two congruent power modules with isolation of strong power and weak power provide power in parallel,and it can still provide electrical energy once the failure occurred in the internal vehicle dual redundancy power.At the same time,the failure monitoring module of vehicle dual redundancy power monitors and diagnoses the two power modules and the external redundant power supply comprehensively.The failure monitoring module can send out the redundancy reduction alarm information of vehicle dual redundancy power to vehicle bus timely.In addition,the strong and weak power isolation structure ensures the power supply quality of vehicle dual redundancy power,and reduces the voltage fluctuation influence caused by high power loads greatly.This paper builds a vehicle dual redundancy heterogeneous bus network,dual redundancy power model and pure electrical system test platform.We test the response of vehicle dual redundancy power and dual redundancy heterogeneous bus network by using the model simulation and actual failure injection testing method when single failure occurs.Experimental results show that the vehicle dual redundancy pure electrical system can achieve the “failure/operation/warning” high safety and reliability.
