As a main aircraft integrated electro actuator, EMA(Electro-Mechanical Actuator) is a kind of actuator, which is used to drive the load by controlling the motor. With the rapid development of more-electric aircraft and all-electric aircraft, EMA has become a research hotspot in the present, and will get more and more widely used. The purpose of this thesis is to design a set of redundant EMA control system. The system is responsible for six sets of EMA control and coordination, and its function is the interface between flight control computer and EMA. In the system, strong fault-tolerant ability and reliability is needed.First of all, the fault-tolerant technology and the built-in test technology are studied. On the basis of detailed analysis of the various means of redundancy mode, a similar dual-redundancy heat backup design is proposed, and the general design scheme of system is determined.Secondly, the hardware of system is designed according to the system scheme. The hardware modules are designed, such as the arbitrary switch-over module, double-CPU communication module, LVDT conditioning and self-monitoring module, etc. The communication between two CPU is realized by the dual-port RAM to exchange data and share information between two CPU, and the arbitrary switch-over function is realized by the CPLD device to logic judgment and redundancy switch. The system software is designed using the modular and hierarchical design method. The functions and structure of the software are analyzed, and the system management module and fault-tolerance management module are designed in detail. Dual-CPU synchronization, dual-CPU communication and fault detection are deeply researched, and then software fault-tolerant design is also analyzed.Finally, reliability model of the system is developed based on Markov process, and then simulation analysis is completed. The hardware and software failure simulation tests are finished. The results show that the system has strong fault-tolerant ability and high reliability.
