With the improvement of the quality of life a nd the development of green building,people are paying more and more attention to IEQ(indoor environment quality)while focusing on building energy efficiency.But at present,there is a serious phenomenon of "information asymmetry" between building and occupants,mainly reflecting in two aspects: occupants have no idea about the IEQ,operation energy consumption,and the relationship between them of the building,and there is no way for them to c omplain about their uncomfortableness or dissatisfaction.Therefore,a comfortable and satisfactory indoor environment cannot be easily provided even a lot of energy was invested,resulting a very low “input and output ratio”,e specially in public buildings with high personnel density and non-uniform distribution of environmental parameters.This problem has gradually been attached great importance,now there are some domestic and foreign scholars working on the development of environmental monitoring equipment or interaction system,but integrated researches and practical applications are still lacking.Therefore,in this paper,preliminary study on the design method of building indoor environment control system based on information interaction was carried out integrallty,in order to achieve the high “input and output ratio” goal.The main work of the paper is as follows.First of all,an experimental platform was established in an office,which realized the real-time monitoring system of distributed indoor environment parameters and sectional power consumption,an d completed the connection of main environmental control equipment and automatic control system.At the same time,"information asymmetry" was broke through the development of interactive platform for PC and mobile terminals.Secondly,the influence of three kinds of different information feedback on group subjective evaluation(comfort and satisfaction)was studied through contrast experiment,which found that under certain conditions,the first kind of feedback can increase thermal environment satisfaction rate by more than 35%,the second type of feedback can reduce dissatisfaction rate to near zero,the third type of feedback has about 20% energy saving potential of the winter air conditioning.In addition,the heterogeneity of indoor environment paramet ers in the experimental platform was analyzed,and the disadvantages of the traditional indoor environment control strategy based on "single environment parameter or operating experience" were pointed out.At the same time,two new strategies based on "distributed environment parameter" and "distributed subjective evaluation" were proposed.Experimental results showed that the lighting control strategy based on "distributed subjective evaluation" consumed less energy but achieved higher users' satisfaction.Finally,extension method and key technology for this kind of i ndoor environment control system based on information interaction when applied in different typical public buildings were discussed from three aspects including the system hardware,interactive platform and control strategy.Achievements of this study give good reference for the design of building environment and energy consumption interaction system,as well as the optimization of indoor environment control.
