People spend about 90% of their lifetime inside buildings,the preservation of good indoor environment will consumes huge energy resources at same time.Under the current time background of energy conservation,the green building emerges as the times require.In recent years,the green building has been built all over the world,and our researchers began to study the actaul performance of these buildings.As the domestic and oversea reserach show,part of green buildings have not reach the expected design indoor environment and energy conservation requirement in operation,and available evaluation methods can't make efficient evaluation for green building in operation.Meanwhile,with the construction style become more complicated,lots of relate data have been produced but left in evaluation process.Now,because of the development of the building information modeling(BIM)technology,BIM has been used in life cycle of buildings and integrate information poduced by every stages of the building,creat new value for stakeholders(investors,owners,operators,designers,constractors,maintence personnel).In our country,BIM technology is widely uesd in design and constrction stage,and its value in maintenance stage is now focused by our reseachers.This study introduces a new method for post-occupancy evaluation(POE)to realize the synthetical evaluation of operation building indoor environment and performance,through develop of BIM,it will integrate and analyze multiple data and information collected in building operation.First,through summarize of available evaluation method and choose the Q(Quality)-L(Load)charts as its final rating system.Then,to develop the BIM platform to store,integrate,analyze these building operation data and evaluation through programmed evaluation method.Through the platform,all these information and evaluation result will show to the integrated stakeholders and help them communicate and exchange information needed.The study is aim to realize the synthetical evaluation of green public building in operation stage,and utilize BIM platform to carry out the evaluation method.We developed indoor environment monitoring and analyze system on Revit and Web-based information interaction platform in BIM software environment,which could help to manage and evaluate the operation building environment and show these information to every stakeholder.
