In recent years,auto parts customization has become a fashion,with the hub as the largest part of the body side area.Automotive wheel customization has become the focus of attention.However,at present,most hub customizations still rely on 4S store offline recommendation and consumer experience preferences,resulting in some custom effects being unsatisfactory or even different from the original idea.The aesthetic matching of wheeled vehicles has become a problem worthy of study and attention.In this paper,a convenient wheel-vehicle matching effect simulation and recommendation-applied application-side platform is constructed to solve the problem of lack of wheel-car matching methods and effect prediction in the current wheel hub customization.First of all,the wheel alignment method is studied to provide data support for the wheel hub recommendation system.In this paper,taking the SUV model as an example,we combine the knowledge of machine learning,morphology analysis,statistics and other fields.When dealing with the overall cognitive consistency problem of wheeled vehicles,we construct a vehicle data set through k-means clustering algorithm and focus on the data.The wheel-shaped components were analyzed by morphological features,and the typical features affecting the wheel hub design factors were extracted,and the matching range of the typical form features was obtained using correlation analysis.Finally,the aesthetic matching threshold of the wheeled vehicle was found through the perception experiment.Secondly,positioning system functions,building the functional framework and operation flow of the hub shape customization system.On the basis of the preferred recommendation method,the logic relationship of the system functions is combed,and the user needs to analyze the functional requirements of the map.The system is divided into three functional modules,focusing on the hub recommendation function,and based on this,the personalized customization requirements are combined.,increase the color,texture,material,lettering function,a variety of custom design.Finally,the system’s visual performance design.Through AUXRE software,we designed and tested the interface,use and operation process of the user interface of the hub shape customization and recommendation mobile phone APP.Users can quickly and easily select different hubs and recommendations based on their models through intuitive and convenient operation,enabling efficient and easy-to-use hub modifications.This article has obtained six influential hub shape feature thresholds and the main concerns and secondary concerns of SUV model wheel hub design.Based on this,the wheel modification and recommendation system built to meet the needs of users for customized refitting can provide the wheel matching scheme for different models to meet the needs of users.
