The circulatory system includes blood circulation system and lymphatic circulation system,and blood circulation dominates.The venous system in the blood circulation system is the vascular system of the body,which is responsible for bringing peripheral blood to the heart's vascular system.If vein is blocked,venous blood can not flow back,resulting in swelling of limbs.The hypercoagulable state of the blood,the stagnation of venous blood flow and the injury of the vein wall may lead to the formation of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities,and more seriously,when the thrombus in the blood vessels obstructs the pulmonary artery,it will cause the formation of pulmonary embolism and threaten the safety of the patient's life.According to the strict requirements of medical science,there are no drugs for promoting blood circulation but no sequelae in the medical market.Therefore,if the treatment effect is not good,it is necessary to cooperate with stress therapy.In the same time,some drugs can be used in the treatment of pressure,which can increase the effect of treatment.In view of the present situation,the limb circulation promoting device designed in this paper is based on intermittent inflatable compression therapy.By inflating and deflating the air bag intermittently,the muscle of the limbs can simulate the effect of contraction and relaxation.It can effectively promote blood circulation and lymphatic circulation,increase arterial blood flow velocity,promote venous reflux and eliminate lymphatic swelling,in addition,it can prevent the formation and recurrence of deep venous thrombosis.The device also has therapeutic effect on peripheral circulatory disorders by intermittent compression of limbs.The limb circulation promotion device is mainly explained in terms of both hardware and software,hardware design,and The peripheral circuits include power supply circuit,solenoid valve drive circuit,air pump drive circuit,serial screen circuit and pressure acquisition circuit.Alternate mode and compression mode are three different therapeutic modes,and the intelligent serial screen is designed.This paper first analyzes the basic concept of the circulatory system,the preventionand treatment of limb circulation is blocked.Then,on the basis of intermittent pneumatic compression theory,the body circulation promoting device detailed design process.Finally,this paper use the test of limb circulation promoting device prototype,and uses hypothesis testing analysis the pressure of different body parts and the resting state of contrast,whole limb compression ratio of single parts of the body pressure,can effectively promote blood circulation;the analysis of three models of default,can effectively promote blood circulation and lymph circulation,the experiment shows that in the same limb under compression mode to promote The effect of entering blood circulation is more obvious.The test results show that the designed limb circulation accelerator meets the expected requirements.
