The deep venous thrombosis (DVT) is the disease that venous blood has curdled abnormally, causing the blood can' flow back and tissues have gores. Since 1980s,as the development of the vein surgery and the popularization of the diagnosis and treat technology, the detectable rate of DVT has increased, and it has became a commonly encountered syndrome in peripheral vessels, which has occurred more frequently year by year. At present, the prevention of DVT mainly includes the pharmic method and mechanical method. The anticoagulant may cause blood risk, untoward effect of the gastrointestinal tract and irritability. While the intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC), as one of the mechanical method for preventing DVT, promotes the blood flow and protein solubility through the definite gradient compression force on the patient's affected part .The IPC method has an advantage of easy access , safety and extensive applicability when compared with other convention DVT prevention clinic productions.The main tasks of this paper are as follows:1 , Through the synthesis of related materials in domestic and abroad, the paper introduces the present research status on DVT prevention apparatus in domestic and abroad. At last, the paper indicates the main research content and significance of this IPC based DVT prevention apparatus.2, The paper introduces the blood circulation model at first, then based on the model, it discusses pathogenic mechanism and prevention method of DVT at present. At last, the paper mainly introduces the mechanism , effectiveness and advantage of this DVT prevention apparatus.3, The paper introduces the procedure of development of the DVT prevention apparatus taken the AT89C51 as the main control unit. Based on functional analysis of the apparatus, the paper emphasize on the functional composition and functional requirement. Consulting related standards, we put forward the performance index of the apparatus and design the general planning , geographical layout and gas path.4, According to the feature of biologic signal, we design overall plan and signal reception circuit of the measure and control sections. After introducing the feature and requirement of the execution circuit, the paper presents the execution circuit of the apparatus. At last, according to the modular design principle, the design of the man-machine interface and other auxiliary circuit was introduced.5, With the help of the documentations, the paper represents the basic theory of...
