In the production practice of Tangshan Caofeidian Industrial Port Co.,Ltd.,the terminal now owns 2 sets of 2500t/h bridge grab unloaders and 2750t/h bridge grab unloaders independently designed by Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry.It has been put into production since 2005.It has reached an annual capacity of more than 30 million tons and achieved a profit of more than 600 million yuan.Crane machinery has always been a dangerous construction machinery.Grab ship unloaders are the key to loading and unloading materials for docks.They are exposed to alternating loads for a long time and are prone to fatigue damage.It is particularly important to estimate the life of their parts.In order to improve the fatigue life of the grab ship unloader,the life assessment of the steel structure was carried out in this paper.The structural beam was modified on the balance beam of the traveling mechanism of the dray according to the specific forces.The main contents include:Firstly,according to the fatigue life theory and conventional fatigue analysis methods,combined with the actual working conditions of the bridge grab ship unloader,the type of the fatigue balance of the unloader crane balance beam is determined,and the nominal stress method is used to estimate the fatigue life of the large vehicle balance beam.Then use ANSYS to analyze the stress of the complete machine and key parts of the ship unloader.The stress test piece is used to collect real-time data of each relevant measurement point,and the rain flow counting method is used to balance the unloader's vehicle.Beams are evaluated for life.Finally,the causes of the failure of the trolley unloader ship's traveling mechanism are analyzed,and the structural improvement plan is proposed according to the timing conditions.Through the improved method,the feasibility of the ship unloader was analyzed and its economic and social effects were calculated.After the transformation of the grab unloader unloader balancer beam can better meet the actual requirements of the site,greatly reducing the equipment failure rate,reducing equipment maintenance time and maintenance costs,greatly improving the unloading efficiency,and laying a solid foundation for the company's steady growth A good foundation.
