With the development of the automobile industry in recent years,the improvement of the social credit environment,and the improvement of the financial awareness of car users,the automobile consumer loan business has gradually become a new retail loan business of China's commercial banks and shows greater and greater development potential.Since the1990 s,China's commercial banks have increasingly exhibited a diversified competitive landscape.The development of retail loan business has become an important means for commercial banks to improve their profitability.However,competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.At the same time,the rise of online finance has gradually reduced the share of traditional commercial bank loans.How the Qinhuangdao Branch of Bank of China fully leverages its advantages to develop straight car loan business and formulate an effective marketing strategy has become a top priority.This article starts from the theory of the research and constructs the theoretical basis of the research.Taking the straight car loan of the Qinhuangdao Branch of Bank of China as the research object,through the use of PEST analysis,the Porter Five Forces model and the SWOT analysis method,the external environment and industry environment faced by the straight car loan business of the Qinhuangdao Branch of Bank of China were explored.And the internal environment,based on its comprehensive analysis of its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats,puts forward a targeted marketing strategy plan,including market segmentation,target market selection,and market positioning.In addition,four marketing strategies have been proposed in terms of products,prices,channels,and sales promotion to promote the development of straight car loan of the Qinhuangdao Branch of Bank of China.It also discussed safeguard measures for the implementation of safeguard marketing strategies,including corporate ideology,culture,human resources,risk control,market trends,etc.,to promote the healthy development of the straight car loan of the Qinhuangdao Branch of Bank of China.Through the research on the sales strategy of straight car loan of the QinhuangdaoBranch of Bank of China,it is possible to formulate the current marketing strategy for straight car loan in the current fierce market competition environment.At the same time,effective measures and risks can be adopted.The state-owned commercial banks also have positive reference value for the development of straight car loan under the conditions of control,supervision,and evaluation.
