| Company a is China’s leading Internet financial information intermediary platform,which was officially launched in December 2013.It is developed and operated by Zhejiang Pengyu Business Service Co.,Ltd.and its core product is the automobile mortgage loan project.According to the actual situation of a company’s car loan business development,combined with the theory of enterprise strategic management,and with reference to some examples of car loan business development inside and outside the industry,this paper discusses a company’s car loan business development strategy,in order to provide enlightenment for the car loan industry in terms of development strategy.This paper analyzes the macro environment of a company’s car loan business one by one from the political environment,economic environment,social environment and scientific and technological environment by using PEST analysis tools under the support of theory.It holds that at present,the car loan industry does not clearly stipulate and limit the scope of personal credit information collection.Due to the lack of a relatively sound credit system,credit information and actual market requirements are caused The inadaptability of a company hinders the development of car loan business.Then this paper uses Porter’s five forces model to analyze the industry environment of a company’s car loan business from the aspects of resource supply,the threat of substitutes,competitors in the same industry and potential competitors,studies the threat of micro loan network,renrenjucai and other car loan platforms to a company’s development,and then analyzes the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of car loan business development using SWOT theory.The risk control ability and lending mode of company a are studied.Finally,according to the above analysis,the product strategy,business strategy and competition strategy of a company’s car loan business are formulated,including three or four line city business,second-hand car business,business process,etc.Based on the above strategy,the corresponding implementation guarantee is proposed from the four aspects of law,human resources,brand marketing and risk management,so as to promote the development of a company’s car loan business. |
