With the development of science and technology,UAV is widely used in fire rescue for its special advantages,but the environment is mostly forest,traffic,mountain and other outdoor space,rarely used in more complex indoor space such as factories and warehouses.This kind of space has the characteristics of complex structure and various storage properties.The difficulty and risk coefficient of the fire rescue are large.The existing fire rescue unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)generally has the problems of low automatic control level and single rescue function,which can not meet the actual needs of the fire rescue in the factory and warehouse.Therefore,it is necessary to design an intelligent fire rescue unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),which is suitable for special indoor space such as factory,warehouse and so on.It integrates the functions of detection,investigation,communication and rescue.This paper takes the functional integration method as a support and combines functional analysis and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,in order to study the integration of fire rescue UAV functional modules and integrates wireless communication,infrared remote sensing,and navigation and positioning technologies into a factory(warehouse).The innovative design of this type of UAV drones provides method guidance.Firstly,the functional integration method and its design types are studied.The functional analysis method is introduced,and the design integration points and processes are summarized to provide theoretical support for the design of UAVs.Secondly,combining the status quo of the UAV industry,the current category,functions,modeling,components,working principles of fire rescue UAVs are analyzed to identify existing problems,combining with the use of the environment within the factory(warehouse)and raising design requirements.Finally,based on the functional integration method,the product's total functions and sub-functions are analyzed and determined,and the function requirements are quantified and weighted using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to obtain the relative importance of the product's functional elements.Combining the modeling elements of the product,a UAV used in the factory(warehouse)can be designed.The functional integration is applied to the design of fire rescue drones.Through functional analysis and integration,the fire rescue UAV has formed new functional advantages and technical advantages,and realized the intelligentization of fire prevention and control and rescue,for factories and warehouses.Fire Rescue provides a whole new solution.
