With the development of our country's economy and the implementation of the “The Belt and Road” policy strategy,China's infrastructure construction has been developing rapidly.Mine tunnels,traffic tunnels and other construction projects have shown an upward trend year by year.And,in the concrete support works under the condition of large-section soft rock,wet spray vehicles are playing an irreplaceable role.However,there is still a certain gap between the performance of products designed and produced in the country compared with foreign products.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out technical research on wet spray vehicle complete sets of equipment.The research of this project mainly focuses on the analysis of the boom structure and hydraulic system performance of the wet spray vehicle,In order to solve the problem of slow response of the boom motion during the working process of the existing wet spray vehicle,the load-sensing control principle and method are combined to perform the improved optimization design of the boom hydraulic system.The main contents are as follows:Based on the operating conditions and construction characteristics of the entire vehicle,the composition and layout of the various systems are introduced,and the calculation system selection model and other system design of the entire vehicle drive system are introduced.On the basis of ensuring the dynamic and functional integrity of the vehicle,the problem of slow response of the boom hydraulic system at the beginning of action is analyzed.The dynamic load sensing technology is proposed and optimized for the boom hydraulic system,which improves the sensitivity of the control response of the boom.According to the requirements of the specific parameters,use SolidWorks to design the three-dimensional design of the boom structure of the vehicle,for the two typical dangerous conditions,the stress and strain distribution of the whole structure is obtained through finite element analysis and calculation by ANSYS workbench,then the modal analysis is carried out for the main bearing arm,and the first six modes and natural frequencies are obtained,which ensures the reliability and stability of the whole boom structure.The mathematical modeling and AMESim simulation model are built for the important components of the boom hydraulic system,and the simulation analysis of the system before and after the optimization is carried out respectively,and the rationality of the new scheme is compared by simulation results.The test preparation of the wet spray vehicle and the field test of the boom hydraulic system are carried out.The results obtained are compared with the simulation results to verify the correctness of the simulation model and the superiority of the new scheme.The above conclusions provide a basis for further performance optimization design of wet spraying car.The research results provide ideas and methods for solving other similar engineering problems and system performance optimization,and the results have good market application prospects and economic benefits.
