The air valve is the core part of the compressor cylinder cycle,which directly affects the economy and reliability of the whole machine.The structure and performance of the air valve determine whether the reciprocating compressor can run more efficiently and economically.In this paper,the motion characteristics and influencing factors of the reed valve of reciprocating compressor are studied from the angle of theoretical research and numerical simulation.Based on the analysis of the basic structure and working principle of the valve,the motion characteristics of the valve plate are studied.The fluid solid coupling mechanics theory,using ADINA software,structural model and fluid model of reciprocating compressor valve components in the ADINA-AUI module,and then in the ADINA-Structure and ADINA-CFD module set special boundary and related auxiliary functions,the numerical simulation analysis is carried out using ADNIA-FSI module.The displacement,the surface pressure,the stress distribution and the fluid characteristics of the valve port are analyzed.Reveals the valve suction valve in the process of stress and lower surface pressure with the variation of the valve plate is opened and closed,especially during the exhaust valves and lift limiter joint,stress distribution and changes of surface pressure on the situation;The characteristics of fluid pressure,velocity and temperature at the valve port during the moving process are analyzed.The influence of the thickness of the valve and the speed of the crankshaft on the motion characteristics of the valve plate is studied.Through the detailed analysis of the suction valve thickness of valve lift,velocity,stress,surface pressure and valve outlet passage of fluid pressure and temperature characteristics,influence of valve plate thickness on the valve plate and valve life energy movement characteristics;On this basis,the influence of the thickness of the exhaust valve and the crankshaft speed on the energy efficiency of the valve and the motion law of the valve plate are studied.According to the research results,it can provide some theoretical guidance for the design of the air valve and the related components,so as to improve the working efficiency and service life of the compressor.
