During landing,there is a load that is not considered in the design load spectrum of the shock absorber and the axle.In view of this phenomenon,a monitoring system of acceleration and stress for landing gear performance is designed in this paper.This system can quickly measure the multiplex acceleration and stress signals.It has the functions of remote signal transmission,DMA direct storage,multiple data timing processing,SPI high-speed transmission,NAND Flash real-time storage and high speed storage of SD card.It can stabilize the work in the situation of large shock and vibration.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)The overall scheme design of the system.By using the Abaqus6.14 software,the finite element analysis is carried out to find the best monitoring point by the finite element analysis of the three dimensional simplified model.According to the requirement analysis of the system,the overall framework and main technical plan of the system are given.(2)The design of the hardware system of the lower computer.It mainly includes:sensor selection,temperature measurement and temperature compensation;main control CPU selection;system power circuit design;acceleration signal V-I,I-V conversion and amplification circuit design;stress differential signal amplifying and adjusting circuit design;NAND Flash and SD card peripheral circuit and auxiliary circuit design.(3)The design of the software system of the lower computer.The slave software program is based on Keil Vision5's ARM software debugging platform.The program controls STM32F407 to achieve A/D conversion,DMA direct storage,data timing processing,SPI bus transmission,RTC real-time clock acquisition,NAND Flash storage,SD card storage,and storage status monitoring.(4)The design of the application interface of the upper computer.The host computer application interface is based on Qt software design platform,which realizes data export,historical storage,curve display and other functions.(5)Complete the system hardware and software debugging,build a simulation platform,and analyze and verify the stable operation and storage function of the system.
