As a new generation of lighting source,LED has the characteristics of small volume,low power consumption and green environmental protection,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of LED is higher than that of traditional light source,and it has reached the requirement of replacing the traditional light source,but there are still many restrictive factors in the application of LED.How to improve the effect of LED is one of the key factors.There are many factors that affect the optical efficiency of LED,including the quality of cooling technology,the efficiency of phosphor and the efficiency of light utilization.Therefore,how to better improve the LED luminous efficiency has become the focus of LED packaging research.In this paper,aiming at some problems in LED packaging,first proposed a direct LED chip package structure to bind in the hypolimnion board,then through optimization and optimization design of each material package,then using the package structure 12 W COB theoretical simulation and experimental verification are combined to produce LED COB.Multi module temperature equalization plate lens based on a heat dissipation in the same volume of light efficiency more than 140lm/W.The main work of article as follows:1.Temperature plate,aluminum plate,copper substrate,ceramic substrate,different materials for thermal simulation and packaging products in the same package under the condition of comparison test,optimization of the best cooling effect as the substrate material;2.Using the same package substrate and using the blue light LED chip of different manufacturer's specifications to carry out the package test,from which the chip scheme with the highest luminous efficiency is preferred.Then,through the design of the chip arrangement and the chip cooling slot,the heat dissipation effect is improved.3.With the same specifications of the substrate and LED blue light chip,through a variety of phosphor modulation schemes,the optimum design of the phosphor efficiency is designed.4.A public model and multi lens is selected to match the sample to further improve the optical utilization of the LED module.
