| The regional traffic signal coordinated control method is an effective method to solve traffic problems in the region.In recent years,the increasingly serious risk of traffic has attracted the attention of the majority of scholars.However,traditional risk management research and traffic coordination control research are independent of each other,there are a few scholars to combine the them for research.It is still at the initial stage to traffic coordinated control research based on risk intervention.This paper combines risk management and traffic coordinated control for research.This means identify and evaluate traffic risks based on real-time traffic flow information,and formulate corresponding risk intervention coordination control methods to minimize regional traffic risks.First,we improve the shortcomings of traditional traffic flow forecast models,and we establish short-term traffic flow forecasting models based on LSTM by learning the time dependence of traffic flow parameters.The result of short-term traffic flow forecasting is the input data for coordinated control methods.Then the concept of traffic flow operation risk is proposed after understanding the mechanism of traffic risk.The traffic flow characteristics of different risk states are analyzed.The traffic flow operation risk classification model for road is established.The spatial correlation of traffic flow is considered,and a comprehensive evaluation method for regional traffic risk is proposed.Corresponding coordinated control strategies are proposed for different levels of regional traffic risks.And then a regional adaptive bi-level optimization model is established.The upper model optimization goal is to maximum the total number of leaving vehicles of the region and minimum the total number of queued vehicles of the region.The lower model is to minimum total parking delay in the area.The model adjusts the weight index to adapt to different risk levels and the genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,for the proposed optimization model in the paper,a 3*3 region is established as the simulation example.The traditional signal control method and the proposed optimization method are simulated by VISSIM.The simulation result shows that the proposed coordination optimization method has the applicability and it can effectively reduce regional traffic flow risks. |
