With the development of the wind power generation technology in our country,the application of wind power generation is more and more extensive.The wind power busway is the main device for the transmission of the power of the wind turbine.The health state of the wind power busway has a great influence on the safe operation of the wind turbine.Therefore,the real-time monitoring of the health state of the wind power busway is very heavy on the safe operation of the wind turbine.This paper focuses on the establishment of wireless sensor network and the assessment and prediction algorithm for the health status of wind power busway,and then developed a monitoring and evaluation system for the health status of wind power busway based on wireless sensor networks.This paper first constructs a wireless sensor network monitoring system based on Zigbee for wind power busway,and completes the hardware and software design of the wireless sensor network,and realizes the real-time monitoring of the state parameters of the wind power busway.In order to improve the reliability of data transmission,redundant backup mechanism and routing algorithm are studied.Secondly,the algorithm of health assessment for wind power busway is studied.In order to better reflect the health state of wind power busway,the health state evaluation method of wind power busway based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed,the comprehensive evaluation index system of wind power busway is constructed,and the data of wind power busway state parameters are consistent and dimensionless treatment,and the health state of wind power busway is calculated.The relative weight of each evaluation index is put forward,and the health status evaluation method of the wind power busway is presented.Then,the prediction algorithm of the health state of the wind power busway is studied.On the basis of the analysis of the changing trend of the health state of the wind power busway,the BP neural network model for the prediction of the health state of the wind power busway is established by taking the healthy running time of the wind power busway as the predictive output of the BP neural network,and the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is introduced into the BP neural network,an improved BP neural network algorithm based on L-M algorithm was proposed and its prediction effect was analyzed by Matlab simulation.Finally,the design of the system server and client software is designed.In order to guarantee the quality of the data,the mean filtering and Savitzky-Golay smoothing filter are used to filter the data of different wind power busway,and the filtering algorithm,the health state evaluation and prediction algorithm of wind power busway are transplanted to the server,and the client software is designed.
