| With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry and the continuous improvement of supporting charging facilities,a large number of decentralized charging piles and centralized charging stations have been put into operation.The problems of scientific management and comprehensive evaluation of existing charging piles have become increasingly prominent.The research on the comprehensive assessment method of health status has great practical significance for improving the safety and reliability of the charging pile operation,realizing rapid diagnosis and accurate maintenance.According to the actual needs of the health management of electric vehicle charging piles,this paper conducts in-depth research on health assessment technology.First of all,based on a comprehensive analysis of the technical performance requirements and safety influencing factors of electric vehicle charging piles,the health status of charging piles is defined and graded,and each health level is given a corresponding connotation to provide a classification standard for the health diagnosis of charging piles.Based on the clear evaluation index system construction process and basic principles,the index screening and determination were conducted from the perspective of electrical performance and safety performance.The definitions and detection methods of the indicators were clarified.Secondly,a comprehensive assessment model for the health status of electric vehicle charging piles based on uncertainty tomography analysis is established,and an important issue of the comprehensive evaluation analysis method is to determine the index weights.Combined weighting method based on cooperative game method is researched,comprehensive entropy weight method and grey correlation degree method are used to modify the index weights,and the accuracy and credibility of index weighting results are improved by subjective and objective weights being modified.According to the characteristics of quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators,dimensionless processing and set-valued statistical methods are used tostandardize the indicator values,and the health status of the charging pile is determined according to the weighted comprehensive evaluation value.Finally,the comprehensive assessment model and algorithm of the health status of the charging pile are verified and compared with examples,and the effectiveness of the evaluation of the health status of the charging pile is achieved by combining specific examples.Provide maintenance suggestions based on the results of the health assessment of specific assessment objects,verify the practicability and operability of the model. |
