Energy is the driving force for the development of human society,and energy shortage is a major development problem faced by mankind.If we can collect and use the environmental energy,we can solve the human dependence on conventional energy to a certain extent,so the energy recovery technology emerges as the times require.Energy recovery technology is one of the key technologies for wireless systems,self powered systems and portable electronic devices.Compared with various kinds of recycling technologies,such as solar energy,tide,wind energy and electromagnetic,vibration energy recovery technology has the advantages of high energy density,high output power,low cost and easy integration of equipment and so on.It has become a hot spot of research rapidly.Based on the cantilever beam structure and using PZT as the energy conversion material,the power generation characteristics of the linear piezoelectric system,the power generation characteristics of bistable power generation system and the energy recovery circuit are studied respectively.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The theoretical model of the linear cantilever energy harvester is established based on the linear cantilever power generation system.The linear cantilever beam energy collector is divided into single crystal and double crystal structure,and the position of the neutral layer is not in the geometric center because of the asymmetry of the single crystal cantilever beam.In the modeling process,the single crystal mechanism is modeled and the double crystal mode is established on the basis of the single crystal.After modeling,the linear cantilever beam is simulated and analyzed.(2)The bistable system is a nonlinear system based on the bistable cantilever beam.The greatest advantage of the linear system is that it has a wider bandwidth of low frequency resonance,which overcomes the disadvantage of the linear system with wide narrow band.In this paper,starting with the bistable dynamic analysis,the magnetic force model between two magnets is set up first.On this basis,the bistable model is established and solved.The factors that affect the bistable system are studied.(3)For the bistable system,a physical experiment platform is built,and the theoretical model and simulation results are verified by the physical experiment,and the reasons for the difference between the theoretical and experimental results are analyzed.(4)The recovery power of four classic interface circuits of standard energy collection circuit,synchronous charge extraction circuit,parallel synchronous switch inductor circuit and series synchronous switch inductance circuit is derived.The maximum output power of these circuits is matched with the best load,and the optimum design is carried out.At the same time,the power of these circuits is designed by Multisim.The simulation analysis.
