With the development of the national economy and the improvement of the living standard of the residents, the limited road resources have been unable to meet the increasing demand for traffic. Thus,a series of traffic problems, such as traffic congestion and frequent traffic accidents, have brought many inconveniences to people, and it also seriously restricts the development of the city. The car following behavior and lane changing behavior are two basic behavior. However, lane changing behavior is complicated because of its operating environment, and more traffic factors are involved, and the traffic conflict is easily produced in the execution process, causing road traffic accidents, thus reducing the security of road traffic system. Therefore,it is necessary to make clear the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle changing behavior in the road system and its influence mechanism on the running of the traffic flow,so as to find the solution and guide it correctly. The paper firstly describes the reasons and the basic form of lane changing behavior, and analyzes the factors that affect the driver's lane changing behavior from four aspects, traffic characteristics, vehicle factors, road factors and traffic environment. On the basis of quantitative analysis, the traffic flow data of different sections and different ways of changing roads in Harbin are collected through video recording and questionnaire survey, and the driver characteristics are divided by the questionnaire data. The intention and purpose of different types of drivers are statistically analyzed. In view of the problems existing in the cellular automata model, such as the ignorance of the speed of the front car,and the driving behavior of the vehicle is regarded as a kind of instantaneous behavior, the fuzzy control theory is introduced to establish subjective lane changing model and mandatory lane changing model. The model is simulated through the MATLAB simulation platform.By comparing output data of the system with field data, the validity of the model is verified.Through the study of this paper, the conditions and classification of urban road traffic lane changing behavior are obtained, and the main factors that affect the driver change are given.Through the statistics of the traffic data of different sections of Harbin, the influence of traffic volume, lane position and lane density difference on different types of lane changing behavior is quantified. Finally, based on the characteristics of two different forms of channel change, the driver's subjective lane changing model and the mandatory lane changing model are established respectively. The simulation results show that the model can effectively simulate the driver's decision-making process and the traffic flow state. The research results can provide theoretical basis for management departments to standardize driver's driving behavior, formulate management measures to alleviate traffic congestion, improve traffic flow efficiency and safety, and provide technical support for the development of driver's lane changing auxiliary system.
