Nowadays,oil,natural gas,coal,and other fossil fuels are increasingly depleted.According to the data from BP World Energy Statistics 2016,In recent years,the diversification of energy supply,technology support the strong development of renewable energy,oil and natural gas in 2015 years and has experienced considerable growth in coal,the primary energy ratio has been reduced to the lowest level since 2005.Compared with non-renewable resources such as coal,China is rich in hydropower resources.The resource of low-head hydropower which is about 10 meters accounts for 5% of exploitable resources.The above data indicate that our country is suitable for the development of the low-head hydropower resources using tubular turbine.The applied prospect of the tubular turbine is broad and the demand is huge.Therefore,the current experiment equipment of the tubular turbine is not able to meet the requirements of safe,reliable and economical operation.It needs new structure and improvement so as to meet the requirements of hydropower development.In this thesis,based on the single line of the hydraulic channel of Bai he hydropower station,we try to develop a new type of experimental model device for the tubular turbine.Firstly,the whole device is calculated by finite element method,the structural form of the key components is optimized,and the advantages and disadvantages of the structure of the model are analyzed by different structural forms.Because of the small space and complex structure,the overall design of the bubble is designed with 3D,and the installation space of each component is fully considered.Secondly,the static pressure bearing structure is analyzed by using the classical formula of hydrostatic pressure.This paper analyzes the causes of instability in the use of bearings,and probes into the problems existing in the process of bearing installation and debugging.Finally,the installation,adjustment and test of the model device are finished in the Hydraulic test room for high-head hydropower of turbine of Harbin Institute of Electric Machinery.Compared with the experimental data of the same runner,the reliability and repeatability of the model are tested.What's more,the analysis method and concept can also make reference for other structure analysis...
