This paper has mainly studied journal hydrostatic bearing installment on the straight-line vibration table, made a theoretical analysis for working principle, optimization design and experiment theoretical analysis to the guide correlation structure of the vibration table. Finite element method of oil film capability is a basis of this paper's research work, and it is also an important research method.During the theoretical analysis this paper sets up the mathematical model of oil film and pressure field distributing firstly. Under a series of hypothesis, it obtains a calculation control equation-simplified N-S equation and boundary conditions. Then using the finite element to analyze software ANSYS has carried on effective calculation hydromechanics numerical value imitating as well as optimizes the design to the flow field of oil membrane. Separating the pressure distribution and speed distribution of membrane venting the anger and bearing the loading capability, volume of flow and the most optimization solution, the initial parameter of static pressure bearings can be established according to the experience value .In view of this journal hydrostatic bearing is the application under the vibration condition, this paper has also carried on the modal analysis using the ANSYS software, calculates the natural frequency, like this may avoid these frequencies maximum limit to reduce to these frequencies in the drive, thus eliminates vibrates and the noise excessively.This paper has still carried out an experiment research and analyzed the correlation problem base on the analysis of the simulant value.
