Research on Hoisting technology by one crane and four cylinders for large nuclear power stator originates from Shandong Fenghui Equipment Technology Co.,Ltd,affiliated with SEPCOI of Powerchina.The hoisting scheme is the first attempt in nuclear power field and is applied in the construction of 2#unit in Haiyang nuclear power phase I.The successful implementation of this scheme has important reference value for the selection of crane in the workshop.The thesis introduces detailed scheme and structural design for one crane and four cylinders hoisting technology and carries out statics analysis of each component under hoisting condition.Aimed at layout and spatial size of conventional island of Haiyang nuclear power plant,combined with design characteristics and technical parameters of main workshop,our research is based on parameters of EOT crane equipped in main workshop to guarantee enough large load-bearing capacity of main workshop and all load not larger than rated load capacity of EOT crane in hoisting process.Through comparison and analysis of multiple scheme,the thesis puts forward the design scheme mainly includes hoisting mechanism,travelling mechanism,main girder,balance beam,hoisting beam,lifting appliance and supporting frame.Hoisting system adopts relatively matured hydraulic hoisting device.By 3-D design software Solidworks to build entity model,import the model to universal ANSYS,carry out statics analysis on main girder,balance beam,hoisting beam,lifting appliance and supporting frame,then compare with calculated results by hand.Through comprehensive statics analysis for hoisting condition,these design indexes like stress and displacement can meet operating requirement.Except analysis on strength and stiffness of component,the thesis also carries out analysis on synchronous hoisting.After the design of main components,we carry out the manufacture of model lifting appliance in one crane and four cylinders hoisting technology for large nuclear power stator,design verification and technological improvement.According to site condition,work out hoisting scheme and accomplish site hoisting and positioning of 2# unit stator of Haiyang nuclear power.Then,typical one crane and four cylinders hoisting scheme of large nuclear power stator is come into being.
