It is started lately for China's space launch fault diagnosis technology.The foundation is relatively weak.So,it is very important for researching on the key technology of fault diagnosis of space launch,deep analysis of state information transmitting object and launch facilities in operation,finding the fault or fault troubleshooting,shorting the cycle,reducing the fault influence surface,ensuring smooth operation system,and improving the comprehensive ability to command the launch site.The space launch command system is the launch field information center,which mainly assists the commander monitoring to test rocket control system,equipment operation of the ground for post distribution system,and facility running status.Although all kinds of information are brought together by the space command and monitoring system,the comprehensive processing ability of the information is relatively backward.When the system is out of order,it is difficult for command decision makers to understand the working state of the product quickly and reliably from a large amount of information.In this situation,fault diagnosis technology of space launch base is researched.The knowledge and experience of experts is fully used.Relying on the mining and refining the interpretation of diagnostic rules,real-time online fault diagnosis field command system to launch is researched and realized.The main research contents are as followed:Firstly,the verification theory of digital network diagnostic model is studied.Based on summing up the power supply system of launch field network layout and common fault,the monitoring switch is encoded to 16 hexadecimal according to the corresponding relationship between five levels.The digital distribution network diagnosis model of each loop of the causal relationship between the clear and intuitive is established.Combined with the field emission power distribution networks and technology distribution network diagram,the matrix structure of the network is established and the interpretation of the matrix is generated.A fault location algorithm based on the matrix structure of the network is verified.Secondly,the qualitative and quantitative methods of fault tree analysis are studied.Because the composition of the rocket control is complex,the equipment fault is not only related to the working principle and structure,but also to the test data and the test environment.A fault tree based diagnosis model is adopted.The fault diagnosis logic diagram of the rocket attitude control system,the criterion of the inertial measurement combination diagnosis and the consistency judgment criterion are given.The fault diagnosis technology based on fault tree analysis is illustrated with an example of diagnosis;Finally,according to the requirements of high reliability,high accuracy and quick response for the space launch fault diagnosis,the strategy of distributed expert system and multi thread parallel programming method based on Linux are researched.The rules of grouping,the semantic web and the framework of the integration of the three knowledge representation technology are studied.At last,as an example for the distribution network fault diagnosis expert system,the realization process of distributed fault diagnosis expert system CLIPS is descripted in detail.
