Study On The Spatial Increment And Spatial Design Of Outpatient Clinic In Children’s Hospital

Under the medical reform and the "two child" policy of the society,our children’s medical needs are also increasing,and the problem of children’s medical treatment has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life.The spatial pattern of the existing children’s hospital in China is less considered the particularity of children as a special population.And the design for children mainly stays in children’s amusement facilities and color sense,which the internal space design is not very different from the general hospital.At the same time,under the influence of traditional moral concepts,social behavior and existing intergenerational relations,the number of accompanying children in the children’s hospital is far more than that of the children,so space design for accompanying behavior of accompanying family members is the missing point of the existing children’s hospital design.We should clarify the difference between the special needs of children’s hospital and a general hospital,meet the needs of children’s medical behavior,accompanying family members’ behavior and the office behavior of doctors and nurses,reasonably guide and support their behavior from the perspective of architectural space design to meet their physiological and psychological needs,which is the starting point and focus of this article.This paper is divided into four parts.First,the article mainly expounds the existing contradictions of children’s medical status and children’s hospital in China,and aiming at the existing problems,taking children’s hospital,outpatient clinic space and spatial increment as key words,defines the scope of the concept and research content,determines the research object and methods,analyzes the relevant research status at home and abroad,and makes clear the help of the existing results and the foothold.The second part of the paper analyzes the basic problem of outpatient room and incremental space at the children’s hospital,explores the development of outpatient room in children’s hospital,analyses of outpatient clinic space and its users’ characteristics,and sums up the composition and influencing factors of architectural space increment,which the existing children’s hospital is not satisfied,in line with the current situation of children’s medical treatment in china.Thirdly,through the research on different levels of children’s hospital in different types of city,mainly focuses on recording the number of children and accompanying family members,the behavior in the process of medical treatment and the current situation of the use of the outpatient service space,and based on the periodic investigation data of several cases,summarizes the specific value of the increment of medical space and the its reason from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives.Finally,based on the above results,in view of the existing problems of outpatient service space in children’s Hospital,the corresponding space design countermeasures are put forward,from the consulting room space,waiting space and transitional space of these three kinds of space angle,and combined with the development of children’s population,the development trend of children’s hospital outpatient service space is predicted.In this paper,social status and literature research as the starting point,with the real case of survey data and information as a basis,the basic problem of the spatial increment of outpatient service in children’s hospital is analyzed;the design strategy of coping with the spatial increment is put forward;the future development trend of the visiting room is predicted,which can provide reference for the design of the outpatient service space of children’s hospital.
