With the development of urbanization,intelligent building construction has become an important part of modern urbanization.The current number of building electrical equipment is large and the power consumption is huge.Traditional methods of managing electricity equipment have high costs and are difficult to maintain.Intelligent building energy efficiency is an important part of intelligent building construction.Therefore,it is necessary to study technologies for reducing energy consumption in building.The thesis combines the Internet of Things technology and ZigBee network technology to propose a building energy monitoring and energy-saving solutions,and designs and develops an intelligent building energy-efficiency prototype system.The system manages and controls energy-consuming equipment based on dynamic changes in the environment and information on the activities of people.Users can monitor environmental information and system operation status,and adjust the control of energy consumption equipment in real time.The middleware module developed based on the Raspberry Pi open source platform is used to integrate the ZigBee network and the Internet to solve the issue that the wireless sensor network cannot communicate with the traditional network.ZigBee network applications usually require a large number of wireless nodes.If there is only a single gateway,the system has the problems of the lower network throughput and the bigger end-to-end delay.The thesis proposes a multi-gateway cooperative solution that enables the terminal node to send its captured data to the optimal gateway based on the criteria of combining the data routing cost with the gateway load rate.The experiment of intelligent management and control of the electrical equipment in the building was performed on the prototype system,and the performance of the multi-gateway collaboration technology was tested.The test results show that the intelligent building energy-efficiency prototype system can improve the energy management efficiency of building and achieve the goal of less energy consumption.
