Currently, the traditional incandescent lamp has gradually been replaced with LED, but the domestic lighting control technology did not keep pace with Light Emitted Diode(LED) technology,mostly using the manual operated, light controlled, clock-controlled and other wired control mode, This model cannot exploit the advantages of this new light source of intelligent LED. The so-called intelligent lighting available in the market only has functions like dimmer and simple toning operation, so the shortcomings include single control mode, complex wiring and no unified control standards. Combining Internet of things technology with LED lighting technology can develop a new lighting product.This paper, first of all, demonstrated the current status of the LED and LED control technology development and analyzed of the disadvantages of domestic intelligent lighting industry. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of different wireless technologies in LED lighting applications were compared. Based on the analysis, the latest technology Zig Bee Light Link(ZLL) standard can be applied into the current LED lighting.ZLL network control technology, Zig Bee RF technology and sensor technology were included in the paper with an aim to integrate intelligent LED lighting and related intelligent control system. In the study, the master IC is CC2530, a chip from TI Company with integrated system solutions based on IEEE802.15.4 and ZLL standards are the upper software applications in order to achieve the standardization of wireless lighting network. The product uses the TCS3414 color sensor chip of TAOS solved color temperature ripple problem existed in LED lamps.In terms of electronic circuit designing, there are some achievements including Zig Bee RF module simulation and circuit design, application of the color sensor to solve the problem of the color temperature instability and designing the automatic color temperature controlling system combined with RGBW hybrid lighting technology. We designed a portable Zig Bee wireless gateway that can link multiple LED lamps to generate a network and minimized the Zig Bee RF module and LED driver. In the meanwhile, we researched and developed compact intelligent LED bulb, using E27 light cap to replace household bulb.On the other hand, after researching TI ZLL protocol we developed ZLL controllers and fixtures. The main characteristics of our product are BUTTON START, multiple functions and supporting interoperability of products from different manufacturers. Therefore, it overcomes the disadvantage of debugging and difficult installation and greatly improves the applicability and popularity. Furthermore, on the basis of color sensor and RGBW color hybrid lighting technology, the closed loop feedback system was made with real-time micro-controller to adjust PWM of each channel to guarantee the color temperature stable, which is especially suitable in a strict environment of color temperature.
