The study object of this paper is the ship-borne satellite earth station system. The ship-borne satellite communication system mainly includes the basic design of the system, the temperature compensation of the gyroscope introduced by the system, the design of the WebView monitoring system and the anti-rain attenuation strategy. The communication system use ARM chip to control tasks. In order to restrain the movement of carriers such as ship, the three-axis servo system is controlled by fuzzy PID algorithm.According to frame scanning,a series of strategies such as cone-to-star enable carriers such as ships to align their satellites during their movement and to communicate. The use of FPGA digital processing chip as a MEMS gyroscope temperature compensation processing system, can make three-axis servo control system more accurate and rapid.Due to the use of high frequency, signal attenuation caused by Ka-band signals, sandstorms, clouds, snowflakes, fog vapor, sunlight flashes and the like is large, especially the attenuation loss caused by rainfall is the most severe. In order to reduce the influence of rainfall on signal attenuation loss of Ka-band shipborne satellite communication system, this paper presents a rain attenuation compensation algorithm applied to Ka-band shipborne satellite communication system, which is mainly based on PID algorithm power control Technology and constant power transmission technology. The onboard satellite system has good performance and friendly applicability through the on-the-ground simulation test, especially the use of the WebView webpage, which makes the application of the small screen device like a mobile phone more handy.
