Firstly, the article analyzes common features and defects of controllers used in domestic PV, wind, and hybrid PV/wind power stations, then gives the operating strategy of hybrid PV/wind power station, including charging control of PV offset and wind-generator, discharging control of battery, protection of wind generator.The control and monitoring system, which the article mentions particularly, provides temperature control to battery, when battery is charged or discharged, by adjusting control voltages. Two methods of control voltage compensation are expounded, one is linear compensation, the other is to divide surface temperature into several sections, then gives control voltage compensation according to the current temperature section.The article specifies hardware and software design of the control and monitoring system in details.At last, experimental data about applying the control monitoring system to 9kW hybrid PV/wind power station is provided, Testing each item of functions such as control and protection of control monitoring system; temperature control of battery when charged and discharged; calculation and display of running data, which proves the feasibility and validity of the control and monitoring system.
