With the development of information technology,intelligence has attracted more and more attention.In the context of “Made in China 2025” and “Industry 4.0”,Application of intelligent manufacturing is rapidly expanding.With the development of technologies such as the Internet of Things and virtual reality,the developed countries have proposed the concept of Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS),which is considered to be the core of the “Industry 4.0”.At the same time,CPS is also served as a comprehensive technical system that leads the transformation of manufacturing methods and is used in the manufacturing process of manufacturing in China.This paper takes the tank production workshop as the research object,and optimizes the facility layout and logistics system of the workshop based on the theory of virtual manufacturing-related intelligent manufacturing.The main work is as follows:1.Introduce CPS and Digital Twins Theory in intelligent manufacturing.We describes the relationship between them,and the virtual reality integration smart workshop is analyzed.Which is not only a digital twinning workshop but also a CPS.2.Research on CPS integration and key technologies in smart manufacturing.It focuses on three key issues of CPS classification integration,CPS heterogeneity integration and CPS data integration,and gives an intelligent workshop design based on the theory of virtual reality integration.3.Optimize the layout of the facilities of a tank production workshop.The initial stage of intelligent workshop design is based on the reasonable layout of workshop facilities.With reference to the process flow,material flow and actual constraints in the physical workshop facilities,the SLP theory is used to adjust the layout of workshop facilities.4.Perform 3D scene reproduction on the optimized workshop layout.We use 3DMax 3D simulation software and Unity3 D engine software to establish a dynamic virtual production workshop consistent with the scene of the physical workshop,and complete the mapping from the physical workshop to the virtual workshop.5.The whole workshop logistics system simulation and optimization.We use eM-Plant logistics simulation software to simulate the logistics of the workshop,from the simulation results of the three indicators of the staff distribution,facility energy consumption and facility utilization.So that we can analyze the logistics bottleneck in the workshop,optimize the constraint factors of the workshop logistics,and optimize the The results of the adjustment of the physical workshop,complete the mapping of virtual workshops to physical workshops.In this paper the actual situation in the fusion theory and technical guidance under the Intelligent Manufacturing,enables bi-directional mapping of virtual and physical workshop.and we completes the layout of workshop facilities and logistics optimization.The research theory and design of this topic have a very good guiding significance for the design of smart workshops,and lay a foundation for realizing the system-level CPS implementation of the workshop,which is high research significance and application value.
