As the most important power source,motor has become an indispensable driving device in production and life.Many power systems nowadays use multiple motor drive modes to ensure efficient and stable operation of the system.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to monitor the performance and operating status of multi-motors.This article designs a multi-motor running status online monitoring system based on ZigBee technology of the Internet of Things.The system is mainly divided into three layers: the perception layer,the network layer,and the application layer.Application layer,the terminal data acquisition module,the terminal node design is based on the CC2530 chip.The voltage sensor LCTV31 CE,current sensor ACS712,temperature sensor DS18B20,and speed sensor A3144 E constitute a node circuit to achieve the collection of the main operating parameters of the motor.The network layer,that is,the ZigBee networking,realizes wireless communications and is mainly implemented through the radio frequency function of the CC2530.The ESP8266 WiFi function module is used to implement a coordinator that includes routing functions to implement wireless data communication between the coordinating node and the host computer.The terminal node joins the network constructed by the coordinator to implement ZigBee networking.The application layer,ie PC monitoring software,uses a B/S and C/S hybrid architecture for the host computer monitoring interface and is written in Java language.At the same time,the MySQL database is added to enable real-time data acquisition and image display for the system.Historical data storage meets the client's needs for real-time monitoring and management of multi-motor operating states.Finally,the system was tested experimentally,and the test results showed that the designed function can run normally.The on-line monitoring system of multi-motor running status basically meets the requirements of the design,realizes the wireless monitoring of multiple motors and the storage of historical operating data,and completes and realizes the on-line monitoring of multiple parameters of multi-motor running status.
