With the deliberate use of global fossil fuels,photovoltaic power plants like green energy sources that generate large amounts of solar energy have also emerged.At the same time,with the vigorous development of various intelligent technologies,it also promotes strategic emerging industries that are developed by countries such as the Internet of Things.In this context,in order to improve the intelligence and informationization degree of photovoltaic power generation process,improve the working status information of different components,design a real-time monitoring system of photovoltaic components based on Internet of Things technology.The paper aims to study the relevant component monitoring systems for photovoltaic power plants.Firstly,according to the overall design of the PV monitoring system based on the Internet of Things,the components of the monitoring system are determined to solve the photovoltaic components,and an intelligent and information-based solution is proposed.Secondly,in order to realize the collaborative work of each module,two aspects are designed for the hardware and software of the design system.The data front-end acquisition module is designed based on the multi-hop distributed network,and the CC2530 is used as the control chip to design the communication system with the ZigBee technology as the core.Then,in order to solve the problems of large data redundancy and wireless data transmission in the front-end,it is proposed to apply the adaptive weighting algorithm and the neural network fusion algorithm in the gateway module to fuse the temperature and humidity information of the PV modules,and realize the network of the component monitoring system.Self-organizing and control functions.Finally,in order to further test the rationality and practicability of the design system,the C/C++ language is used to design and implement the data detection point acquisition program,ZigBee node communication,terminal visualization management software,etc.,and the JAV language is used to develop the mobile terminal control interface and Network protocol detection interface such as TCP,using MySQL syntax to establish user,temperature and humidity database.In summary,according to the hardware and software of the design system,the physical test monitoring platform is built,and the front-end sensor,wireless communication,data fusion efficiency and other aspects are tested,and the operation and experiment are displayed through different terminal protocols,client and mobile display interfaces.The results are available,the overall system of this paper is running normally,the communication is smooth,and the temperature and humidity error is about 5%.Compared with the existing different methods and system schemes,the method can meet the monitoring needs of photovoltaic power plants to a certain extent.
