China has rich bamboo resources and a long history of bamboo culture.As a natural material for ecological environment,bamboo has the advantages of short period,high strength,good toughness,renewable and degradable.It is a building material with high efficiency and low energy consumption.The natural hollow structure of bamboo provides a good component element for the works of architectural art,and it also brings problems to the joint connection of the structure.There is much room for the application research of bamboo.It is expected to establish a complete theoretical system and construction technology specification for bamboo design and application,and promote the development of bamboo in China's construction field.In this paper,the anti-pressure,radial anti-pressure and flexural mechanical properties of the bamboo tubes in different parts were studied,and the failure patterns and deformation laws of the bamboo tubes in different parts were analyzed.The results showed that the pressure bearing capacity of the bamboo tube was significantly reduced from the bottom to the top,and the compressive strength was obviously increased,and the flexural capacity was increased gradually.The anti-pressure and flexural mechanical properties of the hollow bamboo tubes and concrete-filled bamboo tubes were studied,and the failure modes and results of the specimens were analyzed.The results show that the concrete filling effectively enhances the bearing capacity of the composite components.The compressive ultimate load of concrete-filled bamboo tubes can reach 2 times of the limit load of the hollow bamboo tubes,and the maximum strain of the concrete-filled bamboo tubes bending test is 2.5 times that of the hollow bamboo tubes.The variation of cross section strain along the height of the bamboo tubes and concrete-filled bamboo tubes specimen is basically linear distribution,which conforms to the assumption of the plane section.The basic assumption of the concrete-filled bamboo tubes is put forward,and the theoretical calculation formula is established by the calculation method of the bearing capacity of the steel tube.The calculated results are in agreement with the experimental results.Through the ANSYS finite element software,the analysis of the concrete-filled bamboo tubes is carried out,and the conclusion is close to the test results,and the feasibility of the finite element analysis is verified.In this paper,the mechanical properties of the bamboo tubes and concrete-filled bamboo tubes is studied,which provide the basis for the development of bamboo in architectural culture,the effective method for bamboo joints,the theoretical support for the application of bamboo-concrete structure,and the reference for bamboo in actual engineering application.
