The non-dynamic walking aid can be used to help the population,who have lower extremity,amblyopia and partial loss of walking ability,to restore the ability to walk and carry out the self-healing training.Many research institutions and universities from Japan,the United States and Europe have made great achievements in the research on the walking aid.Although the research and development of walking aid in China has been coming late,great achievements have been made by many domestic groups.Currently,the demand of elderly care products increases sharply with the aggravation of social aging,resulting that the research on lower limb walking aid equipment has become a hot topic in our country.The elderly walking aid equipment in current market is mainly driven by the traditional non-powered walking aid equipment,and the walking aids equipped with power are in the research stage and therefore the price is high.In this case,people still take the portable non-powered walking aid equipment as a priority.However,there are many problems with the non-powered walking aids,mainly including that: function can't completely meet the demand and the design of operation structure is unreasonable.To conquer the above-mentioned two shortcomings,it is of great significance to develop the research on the design of non-dynamic walking aid based on man-machine engineering for solving the problem of aging society.First of all,we consult the history and development status of walking aid,then analysis and compare the design of walking aid from some research departments.We find that these designs of walking aids focus too much on the structure principle and the use of function,while ignoring the interactive relationship between the product and user.Thus,this design will cause a complicated operation and high cost,etc.In view of these problems,it is necessary to set up a more scientific reference size based on the study of ergonomics.Then,through consulting the development status,research system and research methods of ergonomics.We built a new method by combing the gesture evaluation method and simulation method,which is based on the comfort analysis and the objectivity force simulation.Under the optimal position condition,JACK software produced by SIEMENS cooperation is used to simulate the spine L4/L5 force model and load model on the implementation of walking aid.By comparing the two groups of L4/L5 force,we can get the best size range of walkers and then decide size of handle according to the obtained results.Based on simulation of JACK software,the design proposal of the walking aid seat is given by data of the pressure distribution form the field test and results from the static or carrying process.Finally,based on the theory of ergonomics research,the design of one new non-powered walking aid is completed using modeling software and rendering software.The sketch plan is selected by the analytic hierarchy process.One walking aid,which is in accordance with the ergonomics research,can not only solve the walking problem of the aged,but also effectively prevent the injuries caused by problems,such as improper posture,improper operation,etc.So that it is safer for the elderly to use.Walking aid,as an auxiliary walking tool,is designed aiming at helping the elderly to walk autonomously and take care of themselves,and thereby reducing the unnecessary care,which is also a basic concept of old age friendship.
