With the rapid development of agriculture in China and the continuous improvement of agricultural mechanization level,tractors are playing an increasingly important role in people's daily production and life.However,due to the poor operating environment of the tractor,the driver is easy to feel tired during the driving process.Therefore,in order to protect the driver's health and improve work efficiency,it is important to evaluate the seat comfort of the tractor accurately and reasonably to improve the seat design.On how to correctly describe and evaluate the comfort of tractor cab seats,this paper proposes a method of evaluating the comfort of tractor cab seats to determine the comfort level of the driver,which can help improve the design of the seat according to the result of the evaluation,so that the tractor seat can meet functional requirements and also brings enough comfort.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By introducing the current situation of seat comfort research and evaluation methods at home and abroad,the research results at home and abroad are summarized,and the current bottleneck problems of seat comfort evaluation is explicit;Based on a lot of research on automobile and office seat,and the lack research of tractor cab comfort,a method of evaluation and research of tractor cab seat comfort is proposed.(2)According to the ergonomic theory to analyze the driver's comfort,the model of seat comfort and incomfort is proposed;By analyzing the relationship between seat comfort and various parts of human body and evaluation methods,the main research parts and evaluation indexes were determined,which provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of seat comfort.(3)The structure and use of Kinect platform and imaging principle are elaborated,the Kinect depth image's acquisition principle is expounded,coordinate conversion of Kinect acquisition image,the registration of depth image to RGB image and the processing of depth image are studied and the related images is acquired,and the recognition and acquisition of human skeleton is realized,which provides technical support for the design and implementation of human driving motion capture experiments.(4)According to the tractor cab seats of two different models,the bone tracking experiment of the selected test subjects was carried out by Kinect motion capture technology,and the three-dimensional coordinate data of the selected bone point were calculated to obtain the angle of the human joint.After building the mannequin,simulation analysis of joint torque,lower back force,comfort and RULA is conducted by using Jack software,and there were significant differences in tractor seat comfort between different models.(5)Using the relevant theory of analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation model,the evaluation matrix is established to calculate the weight of each index,and the overall evaluation index value is calculated according to the weight of each index,so as to comprehensively evaluate the comfort of two kinds of cab seats.The comfort of B-type tractor seat is higher than A-type tractor seat,which is consistent with the similulation result.The feasibility of evaluation method is proved.
