Research Of Efficient Cleaning Equipment For Burrs Of Auto Camshaft Bearing Cap

Camshaft bearing cap is an important part of the engine parts,under the current casting process,flash or burr is unavoidable during its die-casting process.The traditional manual grinding method is used in most enterprises,which is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive,the dusty working environment may endanger the health of workers.In the current cleaning mode,how to improve the working environment,reduce labor costs and improve economic benifits have become practical problems to the enterprise.Therefore,the development of efficient precise automated cleaning equipment has important practical significance to solve the practical problems of enterprises.This paper launched a study of the automatic deburring machine on camshaft bearing cap,the main work is as follows:According to the casting process of aluminum alloy castings,this paper analyzed the cause of burr and the common methods of deburring.Combined with the actual situation,this paper formulated the crafts scheme and process of burrs cleaning.And proposed a multistage flowing automatic cleaning equipment scheme,the cleaning rythme of each work can reach 10 to 15 seconds.Firstly,according to the processing needs,this paper completed the designment of the general mechanical structure and the key components such as the turntable,the feeding unit,and build the 3D model of the general mechanical structure and the key components.The rationality of the structure and the process were verified by simulation.Secondly,based on the "HNC-8" numerical control system platform,according to the open CNC system components of the working principle,combined with the current processing requirements this paper completed the selection of the hardware and set parameters,and the designment of the electrical control schematic.On this basis,the fufilment of control procedure program can achieve automatic processing,malfunction warning and other functions.Finally,the installation and commissioning of the deburring equipment for aluminum alloy castings were finished.The equipment designed by this project was able to meet the production requirement of the enterprises.The problems in the deburring process were analyzed and solved.
