As a new type of lubrication,water lubrication has been used in many fields,such as ships and water pumps.Compared with the traditional oil lubricating and grease lubrication,which exhibit good lubricating properties.Water lubrication avoids the leakage of the lubricating oil in water caused by pollution,and is more environmentally friendly.In addition,the structure of the water lubricated bearing is simple,and the manufacturing cost and the difficulty of later maintenance are reduced.However,water lubrication is currently facing two key issues:at room temperature,the viscosity of water is the average viscosity of lubricating oil 1/65,in the low-speed heavy load conditions are difficult to form dynamic lubrication;the sediment and impurities in the water lead to excessive wear of the bearing.In order to solve the problem,the researchers fouce on improving the performance of materials and optimizing bearing structure.Selected the composite B?fiber reinforced polyester/epoxy resin compiosite?as the bearing material and tin bronze(ZCuSn10Zn2)as the shaft material.The fluid-solid coupling model was established and analyzed by ANSYS CFX software.The effects of shaft speed and eccentricity on the lubrication characteristics?maximum pressure,elastic deformation,bearing capacity,friction coefficient?of the bearing under dynamic pressure lubrication are studied.In order to discharge the sediment and impurities from the water,the bearings will design grooves,but the addition of the grooves will destroy the continuity of water film pressure distribution.In order to improve the lubrication performance of the bearing,the bearing structure and groove are optimized.In this paper,the effect of the aspect ratio of the bearing,clearance,the shape of the groove,the size and number of the grooves on the bearing lubrication performance are studied by establishing different bearing structure model.The optimal structural parameters are obtained.Finally,the friction coefficient and wear rate of the four composites under different pressure and shaft speed conditions are tested.The friction coefficient under different lubricant temperature were tested too.The effect of shaft speed,special pressure and temperature of the lubrication on friction properties of the four composites were analyzed,and compared with the finite element the results obtained.
