| In order to reduce frequent quality accidents of the wind turbine running on the tower due to the high temperature at some local part,it was obligatory to raise theramal resistance of the main insultion materials used on the wind turbines including the unsaturated polyester imide varnish and the mica tape from F level to H level.In this paper,an unsaturated polyester resin was selected as the adhesive by controlling strength and softening point of the adhesive as the main body of the resin,which was characterized by Infrared spectrum analysis,thermal weight loss analysis.It turned out that the polyesterimide resin was adaptive to use as the mica tape adhesive because the impregnating resin was the same kind of resin.Based on the material,mica paper type selection,composite technology,cutting process and so on,the influence of correlation parameters on the properties of mica tape was studied.The water immersion,cold and heat shock,salt spray and other environmental tests were carried out by simulation of the wire rod.The results showed that the storage stability of the mica tape prepared,on which there was no sticky back,delamination,and off powder phenomenon,was excellent.The mica tape can satisfy insulation demand of the requirements of high-power wind power equipment,due to the good process performance and applicability,and the coMPatibility with the polyesterimide impregnating varnish TJ13.The mica tape has good applicability and good insulation structure performance with unsaturated polyesterimide solventless impregnating warnish,which can meet the insulation structure demand of high-power wind power generation equipment. |
