| Automobile brake disc is an important part of vehicle safety,the side face run-out of the brake disc is very important for safety performance of the vehicle.When the side face run-out of the brake disc is too large,it cause brake pedal,steering wheel,seat and the whole body of the shaking,even threat the safety of drivers.However,the existing detector of automobile brake disc side face run-out has low precision,single function and low degree of automation.It can’t directly display the quality change trend of parts in the production line.As well,it is difficult to control quality effectively.This artical designed a automatic measuring equipment for the side face run-out of automobile brake discs,according to the actual project demand.It contains total technology,such as precision displacement sensing technology,automation control technology,computer software technology.Non-contact laser triangulation is used in the measuring equipment,it has high detection accuracy and fast speed.The side face run-ou of different types of brake discs can be measured by adjusting the mechanical structure and setting relevant parameter.The motion control adopts the method of electrical transmission and Programmable Logic Controllers.With the help of industrial control machine,the measurement data of jumping value is coll-ected.Then it is analyzed and processed,and the measurement results are displayed.The article mainly completes this work :Firstly,complete the overall design of the equipment according to analyze the measuring principle and influence measurement precision of the side face run-out of the brake disc.Secondly,complete the mechanical structure design and 3d modeling of the equipment.Optimize the design of the clamping mechanism of the brake disc,achieve accurate and rapid effection positioning.Thirdly,complete the design of the device drive system.Establish "stepping motor + ball screw pair" as the transmission mode,designed and checked it respectively.Complete the modal analysis of the nut in different position of the screw,which ensure the stability of the transmission system.Finally,complete the hardware and software design of controlling system.Hardware design mainly includes the hardware integral structure design,type selection of industrial control machine,programmable logic controllers and sensor.Software design includes control system,measurement system,man-machine interface design.Based on the research above,the measurement equipment is highly automated and stable and reliable on the production line.The detection range is 2mm,the accuracy reaches 0.0005 mm,and the detection beat is less than 54 s.It meets the performance requirements of the testing equipment on the brake disc side face run-out.Besides,it makes up for the shortage of existing testing equipment.The quality and efficiency of automatic measurement of the side face run-out of brake disc are improved. |
