The accurate reliability of measurement plays an important role in the establishment and maintenance of the socialist market economic system.Accurate instrumentation and measurement methods are an important guarantee for ensuring product quality and improving business efficiency.Precision pressure gauge is a widely used measuring instrument one.Precision pressure gauge is not accurate will seriously affect the economic efficiency of enterprises,and even endanger the safety of production and operation.Therefore,it is important to regularly test the precision gauge.Aiming at the problems of long learning time,poor effect,heavy theory and light practice in the process of precision pressure gauges,the virtual simulation system of precision pressure gauge verification is designed and developed.The main research contents are as follows.(1)By analyzing the test equipment's structure principle of precision pressure gauge as well as methods and steps of testing,combined with the present situation and prospect of virtual simulation technology used in the testing of precision pressure gauge,the requirements analysis of virtual simulation system has been done,the systematic design discipline and technical routine of system development have been proposed.(2)Based on the analysis of system development environment,the key technology of system development has been studied,the hardware configuration?modeling software?the assortment?features as well as application fields of render engine and interactive engine have been analyzed detailedly,some key technologies,like visual technology?3D modeling?special effects technology and virtual interactive engine technology have been discussed.(3)Use 3ds max texture baking technology,model simplification technology to optimize the performance of the model;adobe premiere and adobe after effect platform for rendering sequence frames,audio and script resources and other integration,produced a three-dimensional,visualized three-dimensional teaching video Based on the unity 3d virtual engine on the three-dimensional model,teaching video,three-dimensional animation and texture mapping and other resources were integrated,and the use of unity 3d virtual engine prefabrication and instantiation technology,special effects technology and physics engine technology developed a precision table test Human-computer interaction function of virtual simulation system.(4)Use the Input class to get the current state of the mouse,Clamp Angle and Mathf.Clamp function to control the camera,to achieve the camera to follow the mouse to move the function;using Unity3 D label technology and C # generics in the structure of the split and assembly of the effect;The dynamic algorithm is used to control the pressure handle.The function of generating the test record is realized by connecting the MySql database with Unity3 D.The function and performance of the system are tested.The system has the characteristics of perfect function,good interaction,stable performance and convenient operation.It can be used as an auxiliary teaching tool for teachers,which can improve the teaching efficiency,improve the teaching efficiency,It is of great significance to reduce the burden on teachers.
